Christian, wife, mother, daughter, friend…and survivor.

For nearly thirty years Suzanne Maxwell lived in an abusive marriage. Life was a roller-coaster. One terrifying day she did the most difficult thing she had ever done...she left...she moved to her birth home in another state. Family poured out support, and she was also blessed to be a member of a ladies’ support group led by a wonderful Christian lady.

Lovingkindness became one of Suzanne’s favorite words in the hard days of her separation. When she did not know when or if home would become safe, the Psalms became a constant solace. Daily she felt God's hugs. Now, as the miracle of reconciliation continues in her own home, Suzanne has a renewed zeal to share this journey with godly ladies. The wounds and scars of domestic abuse are burdens that are hard to bear, and the Christian life is meant to be lived together.

On the first and third Saturday of each month, beginning in November of 2019, Suzanne will host a one hour, online fellowship of ladies. The purpose will be to support one another with the lovingkindness of God. To protect her sisters, Suzanne will require that attendance to be by invitation only. Invitations will be sent after proper vetting. This will help Suzanne and her sisters share in confidence.

Suzanne's meetings will provide:

· A conference call where many may participate

· Video conference capabilities for those who wish to see and be seen

· Screen sharing for presentations

· A central topic for discussion

· A time of prayer

As iron sharpens iron, so let sisters sharpen sisters. (Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. Proverbs 27:17)
